Ad-Hoc
All new computers that we provide come with two weeks free remote support. After that period has ended out clients have the option of keeping the remote software we use on their device and we can provide remote support as and when required.

This service comes with no obligation whatsoever and covers basic remote support. For proactive support and active monitoring of your systems please ask us about the Computers Made Simple package.
Computers Made Simple
Much like our managed services support package that we offer for businesses, our contract support package for residential customers allows you to pay a single and fixed small monthly fee.

We will help via a remote link however many times you need us to with no additional charges. You will also receive a discount on all workshop labour should it ever be required.

Not only that - we will also monitor your device for hardware failure before it happens, giving you peace of mind.
